摘要:通過污泥泥質對焚燒煙氣中的主要污染物,即顆粒物、NOx、酸性氣體、重金屬的初始設計濃度進行分析預測,結合項目需執(zhí)行的煙氣排放標準,對不同污染物的去除率提出要求。針對不同污染物,考慮其特性、去除率需求和運行成本,選擇最經(jīng)濟合理的煙氣處理工藝。結合國內處于運行狀態(tài)的污泥焚燒項目所采用的煙氣凈化工藝,提出適用于市政污泥獨立焚燒項目的煙氣處理工藝技術路線,為未來更多類似項目的工藝設計提供參考。
Abstract:This paper introduced the flue gas emission standards for domestic sludge incineration project, predicted the initial design concentration of major pollutants such as particulate matter, NOx, acidic gas and heavy metal in incineration flue gas according to sludge component, and proposed the removal rates of different pollutants in combination with the emission standards to be implemented in the project. For different pollutants, the most economical and reasonable flue gas treatment process was selected by considering its characteristic, removal rate and operating cost. The flue gas treatment technologies suitable for municipal sludge independent incineration projects were proposed based on the flue gas treatment technology being applied in domestic sludge incineration projects. The results aim to provide reference for the process design of more similar projects in the future.
